An upbringing across India
Born in Ludhiana into an army family, Viinay grew up across different cities, schools and cultures. His father retired as a Captain from the Indian Army. His mother is a homemaker.
His school journey included Geetashram in Delhi, Kendriya Vidyalaya in Udhampur, De Paul School in Berhampur, Odisha, and St. Xavier’s High School in Nashik. Moving across India helped shape his approach to adapting, connecting with people and leading teams.
From media to leadership
Viinay studied BMM (Mass Media) at St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai, and GDBA at VIME Jaipur. His media career included Future Group, Dainik Bhaskar Group, Sun TV Network and Hindustan Times Group.
Today, he works in direct selling with Asclepius Wellness Pvt. Ltd., where he holds the rank of Royal Diamond. His focus is on creating leaders, developing teams and exploring new possibilities together.
Building teams through trust
His approach emphasizes honest communication, responsible product knowledge, daily discipline and consistent support. The aim is to help independent leaders emerge and build teams that grow together.
